Students can learn a variety of languages such as English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and African Languages such as, Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba, Edo and a few more. Also students can request for subject Tutors such as Maths, Physics, Chemistry and also University courses.
Use the search bar and filters on the "Find a Tutor" page to search for tutors by subject, availability, rating, and more.
Once you find a tutor, view their profile and select an available time slot that suits you. Click "Book Now" and follow the prompts to confirm your session.
You can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
Payments are made through our secure payment gateway using credit/debit cards or other available payment methods.
If your tutor does not show up for a scheduled session, please contact our support team immediately for immediate action and to arrange a refund or reschedule.
After your session, you will receive an email prompting you to rate your tutor and provide feedback. You can also do this from your account dashboard.
Click on the "Become a Tutor" link and follow the instructions to sign up, create your profile, and submit the necessary documentation for approval.
Tutors are required to have relevant educational qualifications and teaching experience. Specific requirements may vary by subject. An Esl or Tefl cerificate is highly recommended. Contact our team if you don't have one.
Log in to your account, go to the "Availability" section, and update your calendar with your available time slots.
Payments for your tutoring sessions are processed through our platform and transferred to your designated bank account on a regular basis.
If a student cancels a session within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you may be entitled to a cancellation fee. Check the platform’s cancellation policy for details.
Tutors are expected to provide only one language in their, Tutors who fail to adhere will be penalized
